摘　　要：近年来,国土资源系统在标准化建设方面取得了长足进步,颁布了一系列的法规和标准,逐步规范土地登记行为和土地登记成果。但目前国土资源的有关技术标准还没有实现全覆盖,有些规定和要求还不够明确。这就要求我们在实践中总结经验,不断加以完善。本文根据南京市国土资源局组织开展农村宅基地调查、登记发证的实践经验,就宗地图制作的规则和方法进行了探讨。In recent years, land and natural resources in the standardization of the system has made significant progress, and issued a series of regulations and standards, gradually standardize land registration and land registration of the results. But Land and Resources and the relevant technical standards has not been achieved full coverage, some of the provisions and requirements is not clear enough. This requires us to sum up experience in practice, be continually improved. Based on the Land and Resources Bureau of Nanjing organizations rural house survey, registered certification practice experience in map production on the rules and methods were discussed.
