豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿风热感冒挟滞证的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿感冒风热挟滞证的有效性和安全性。[方法]采用随机分组、阳性药平行对照的方法进行临床研究。[结果]试验组的愈显率为73.13%,对照组62.26%,两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。该药对发热、鼻塞流涕、咳嗽、咯痰等风热感冒症状,腹部胀满、恶心呕吐、食欲不振、大便不调等挟滞症状,以及异常舌脉等均有较高的治疗消失率,且对苔腻这一典型食滞体征的治疗消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组安全性指标观测未发现与试验药物有关的异常改变。[结论]豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿感冒风热挟滞证据有较好疗效,且有优于对照药的趋势,临床应用安全性好。[Objective] To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Zhiqiao Qingre granula in treating pedo-anemopyretic cold with stagnant syndrome. [Methods] The clinical study using randomization, positive medicine and parallel control method was carried out. [Results] The recovery and excellence rate of treatment group was 73.13% and that of control group was 62.26%. The recovery and excellence rate hadn＇t obviously difference between two group （P〉0.05）. Zhiqiao Qingre granule could improve the anemopyretic cold symptoms including fever, stuffiness, cough and stethocatharsis, etc. Zhiqiao Qingre granule could also improve the stagnant syndrome including abdominal distention, nausea and vomiting, inappetence, sedes difficulty and abnormity tongue and pulses, etc. The improvement rate of greasy fur in treatment group was obviously higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The safety indices of treatment group had nott abnormal change. [Conclusions] Zhiqiao Qingre granule has a better curative effect on treating pedo-anemopyretic cold with stagnant syndrome and a better safety on clinical study.
