七所民族大学女生生殖健康知识教育现状和教育需求分析

摘　　要：各民族女大学生的生殖健康状况直接关系着我国各民族的健康繁衍.对这个群体生殖健康知识教育现状的关注和教育需求的分析是进一步工作的需要.本研究,用问卷调查的方式,对7所民族大学中大二、大三的少数民族和汉族共15,982名女大学生进行个人基本情况、月经和生殖健康知识及需求、对性的知识、态度和行为、性知识来源和需求情况进行调查和比较研究.结果发现:生长在城市的少数民族和汉族女大学生总体状况差异不大,生长在农村的少数民族和汉族女大学生,生长发育如身高、体重;月经的生理和心理状况;对月经及性知识的来源、获得途径、性行为后果等方面都要比城市少数民族和汉族女大学生差,这部分人群的生殖健康教育和性知识的需求更为突出,重点人群为哈、维、藏、彝族学生.建议给予重点关注和支持.Genesis health condition of women undergraduates of minority origin is important for Chinese various nationalities＇ normal generation. This investigation aims at genesis health condition and genesis health education demand of this group. With questionnaire and compared method 15,982 women undergraduates from seven nationality universities and colleges are investigated including personal condition, menses, knowledge and demand about genesis heath, attitude to sex, gain way and demand of sex knowledge. The results indicate that there is no difference between minorities＇ women undergraduates from city and the Han nationality women undergraduates. There is markedly difference between minorities＇ women undergraduates from countryside and the Han nationality women undergraduates. The minorities＇ women undergraduates from countryside are deficient of genesis health knowledge. This group, including Hazakh nationality, Uighur nationality, Yi nationality and Tibetan nationality should be paid more attention to improve their genesis health education and sex knowledge.
