球形微细碳酸锂粉体的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：研究了球形碳酸锂粉体的制备方法,最佳的合成工艺条件为:以LiOH.H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,LiOH的质量百分浓度9%、反应时间20min、反应温度40℃,干燥温度200℃,干燥时间1h,得到直径为300-400nm、视密度为3.4g.ml-1、表面较为完整、均匀性和流动性较好的球形碳酸锂。This paper studies the production method of spherical microfine Lithii carbonate. The best processing conditions turn out to be as follows： Raw material is LiOH and NH4HCO3, LiOH quantity density is 9 %, reaction time is 20 rain, reaction temperature is 40℃, dry temperature is 200℃, dry time is lh, the spherical microfine Lithii is obtained, which has a diameter of 300-400nm, piled density is 3.4g·ml^1, quite integrity surface, good even and liquidity.
