摘　　要：毛泽东是中国政府价值观念的倡导者,是行政文化创新的先行者,他对行政价值观的前在观念和准确把握成为中国人民取得新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设伟大胜利的宝贵财富。本文将在对毛泽东行政价值观深入分析的基础上,通过考量其对行政管理的影响,改革政府行政人员的行政观点,寻找当代中国政府价值观的创新点。MaoZedong is the administration values leader of Chinese government and the forerunner of administration culture innovation. His fresh opinions and accurate grasp about administration values become precious fortune for the victory after victory of Chinese people.This article will study MaoZedong administration values’ effects on public administration on the basis of thorough analysis of MaoZedong administration values and reform the opinions of executive staff and find the Chinese government’s innovation of administration values in the present age.
