摘 要:结合了传统电动振动台和全轴振动台的优点,提出了一种基于常规电动台的非高斯随机振动控制技术。首先用散弹噪声方法生成了一种均值为零的非高斯随机过程,然后在此基础上在NI公司(国家仪器公司)的虚拟仪器开发软件LabW indows/CVI上,并结合该公司的NI6221数据采集卡开发出了一个基于常规电动台的非高斯随机振动控制系统,最后连台试验证明了这种非高斯控制技术的优点。The advantages of traditional Electrodynamic Shaker and the omni-axis vibration table was compared , and a kind of non-Gaussian random vibration control technology based on Electrodynamic Shaker was proposed. First, a non-zero mean Gaussian random process was generated by shot noise method , and then a non-Gaussian random vibration control system based on Electrodynamic Shaker was developed by using the LabWindows / CVI, a NI ( National Instruments) virtual instrument software, and the data acquisition card NI6221 from National Instruments (NI) Company. Eventually, the advantages of the non-Gaussian control technology mentioned above were proved by experiments.
