摘　　要：随着计算机技术的发展和应用，工作流管理技术势必成为企业集成业务流程、节约运作成本的重要环节,工作流技术正经历迅猛发展，新型的工作流管理系统不断出现，有必要对工作流技术的发展现状及其趋势做一个总结，本文主旨也正在于此。With the development of computer technology and its apphcations, workflow management technology will become an important part in integration of business processes and saving operating cost of the enterprise, The workflow technology is undergoing rapid development and lots of new workflow management systems are emerging, Therefore, it is necessary to summarize workflow technology and its trend,This is also the main point of this paper.
