摘 要:考察了S-腺苷-L-蛋氨酸在弱酸树脂D113上的离子交换动力学。根据扩散控制模型,利用Fick定律关联计算得到有效内扩散系数D(数量级约为10-8cm2/s~10-9cm2/s)以及两相分配因子K,两者受浓度影响较大;进一步实验表明,较低的进样速度和较高的样品浓度利于提高分离得率和效率,是影响其分离的关键因素。The ion-exchange dynamics of S-adenosyl-L-methionine on weak acid cationic resin D113 were studied. According to diffusion controlled model, the effective diffusivity D, which was at the order of 10^-8m^2/s-10^-9cm^2/s, and partition factor K were correlated in different initial concentrations at 25℃ using Fick's law. Both them were sensitive to initial concentration in the investigated range. Further experiments on column separation indicated the low load rate and high concentration were beneficial to the product's recovery yield and separation efficiency.
