摘　　要：论述产业集群是东北内蒙古国有林区综合竞争力的重要源泉,提出国有林区产业集群的实现形式,剖析发展专业型产业集群和合作扩展型产业集群的条件和路径,全方位地论述了东北内蒙古国有林区产业集群发展的定位、基本构架和发展产业集群的有效途径。Disscused that industrial cluster is an important source of comprehensive competitiveness force in northeast and inner Mongolia state- owned forest region. Put forward the form to realize industrial cluster. Analysed the conditions and the road to develop professional industrial clusters and cooperation industrial clusters. In all direction disscused the location, the basic structure, the effective ways of develping industrial cluster in northeast and inner Mongolia state -owned forest region.
