青蒿琥酯对体外培养的卫氏并殖吸虫童虫及成虫杀虫效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察青蒿琥酯(Art)对体外培养的卫氏并殖吸虫童虫与成虫的杀虫效果。方法卫氏并殖吸虫童虫及成虫用含不同浓度Art的的RPMI1640培养基体外培养后作光镜与电镜观察。结果0.25mg/mL组体外培养24h后,虫体萎缩,扫描电镜观察部分体棘消失、倒伏、絮状物附着;透射电镜显示皮层水肿、细胞器及分泌颗粒减少,卵黄腺萎缩,卵巢卵细胞胞浆空泡变等。结论青蒿琥酯对卫氏并殖吸虫童虫及成虫有损伤作用。To observe the killing effect of artesunate upon larvae and adult worms of Parago-nimus westermani ,the larvae and adult worms of this parasite were cultivated in RPMI 1640 medium containing different concentrations of artesunate and then observed with light and electron microscopy. After cultivation in 24 hrs culture with 0. 25 mg/ml of artesunate, the worms became depauperated;some worm bodies were lodged and cohered with floccules as observed under light microscopy,while under electron microscopy, the tegument became dropsy; the number of cell organdies and the secretory ganules decreased; the vitelarium depauperated and the cytoplasm of ovum in female testis became vacuoles. From these morphlogical changes observed,it is evident that artesunate exhibits the killing effect upom larvae and adult worms of P. westermani.
