外敷止骨痛治疗膝关节骨性关节炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察外敷止骨痛治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效与安全性。[方法]60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为2组。治疗组予外敷止骨痛;对照组予扶他林25mg,口服,每日3次,共治疗4周。运用"骨性关节炎指数"(WOMAC)在用药0、2、4周时进行评估,观察不良反应发生率。[结果]治疗2周后,治疗组、对照组治疗前后在3个子量表中所获分值有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组间治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.05);用药4周后,两组治疗前后有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),两组间治疗效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组未出现不良反应;对照组治疗2周后4例出现胃痛、恶心、食欲减退的表现,4周后12例出现胃痛、恶心、食欲减退的表现。[结论]外敷止骨痛对膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的治疗效果,副作用小。[Objective] To observe the cure effect and safety of external application of Zhigutong on knee joint osteo-arthritis. [Method] Randomly divide 60 cases into 2 groups;the treatment group was treated with external application of Zhigutong;the control one with Futalin 25mg,oral taking,3 times/d,4 weeks in all. Apply WOMAC to appraise the side effect rates at 0,2^th ,4^th week. [Result] After 2 weeks, the values got in 3 sub-meters had marked differences between before and after treatment for both groups（P〈 0.05）, so did the cure effects;after 4 weeks, the differences were more between before and after treatment（ P〈0. 001）, while without marked difference on cure effect（P〉0.05） ;there＇s no bad effect on the treatment group;but 4 cases had stomachache, nausea, bad appetite after 2 weeks for the control one,and increased to 12 cases after 4 weeks. [Conclusion] External application of Zhigutong has better cure effect on knee joint osteo-arthritis, with little side effect.
