梅花针叩刺完骨穴放血疗法治疗急性面神经炎的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨面瘫急性期的最佳针灸治疗方法。[方法]在面瘫急性期采用梅花针叩刺完骨穴放血疗法与常规针刺法对照观察。[结果]治疗3个疗程后,治疗组痊愈率66.7%,对照组痊愈率33.3%,两组痊愈率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]急性期面瘫采用梅花针叩刺完骨穴放血疗法有助于缩短疗程,提高疗效。[Objective] To discuss the best acupuncture treatment to acute facial neuritis. [Method] Compare the routine acupuncture method with plum needle acupuncturing Wanggu acupoint for bleeding. [Result] After 3 courses, the cure rate of the treatment group was 66.7 %,and 33.3 % for the control one; by comparison, the difference was of marked meaning（P〈0.05 ）. [Conclusion] In the acute period of facial paralysis, to take plum acupuncture on Wanggu acupoint for bleeding is helpful to shorten treating course and improve cure effect.
