摘　　要：青年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,关注未来就要关注青年。毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民历来高度重视青年教育工作,对青年寄予厚望。江泽民在新的形势下,继承和发展了党的两代领导核心的青年教育思想,形成了新时期创新性的青年教育思想,对于教育工作者正确认清形势,做好青年工作,培养新世纪社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,以及青年正确认识自己,积极参与中国特色社会主义的伟大实践,都具有重大的指导意义。Youth is the future of the country, the hope of the people. Therefore the necessity of paying close attention to the youth needs to be fully concerned. MAO Ze--dong,DENG Xiao--ping and JIANG Ze--min have always thought hightly of the education to the youth and have great expectations to the youth. In the new situation, JIANG Ze-rnin inherits and develops youth educational thought of the two generations leader＇s collective core, and forms the innovative youth educational thought. As to as the men undertaking the education, it has very important directive significance today to take a full scan to- wards the situation, to do well in the youth job, to cultivate the builders and successors of socialism in the new century and to understand youth themselves and engage in the socialistic construction with Chinese particular actively.
