摘　　要：国有油田区位的地域性、资源的地方性、存在空间的分散性、目标的多元性、职责的社会性,是其实现企地相融的客观依据。应当在克服观念障碍、拆除经济藩篱、打通社会边界、促进文化交流等方面,实现企地相融。Summary, the local position regional resource, scattering places, various objectives and social responsibilities are the objective bases of the blend of enterprise and locality. So we should remove obstacles of ideas, demolish hedge of economy, straighten out social boundary and promote cultural communication in order to come it true.
