摘　　要：利用低硫铁水,钢包内充分脱氧,以铌钒复合微合金化、钢包底吹氬LF精炼处理、钢包喂线和严格的控温轧制技术,以较低的成本批量生产出6～40 mm厚规格合格的590 MPa级高强钢,技术性能指标满足用户提出的要求,济钢探索开发出高强钢新的生产工艺途径。The grade 590 MPa high strength steel with the 6-40 mm spec. was developed in lower cost with the application of low sulfur molten iron, de-oxygen and LF purified in ladle, Nb-V composite micro-aUoying and strict control rolling technology. The quality and the technology properties of the steel plate can meet the technology requirements of customers. The new production process for high strength steel is developed in Jinan steel.
