摘　　要：介绍了山东球墨铸铁管有限公司4#350 m3高炉开炉前的准备工作及开炉方案的确定,本次开炉采用半木柴法,炉前采用双撇渣器、无水炮泥等炼铁生产的新技术,保证了高炉的强化冶炼。开炉情况稳定顺行,6d达产,利用系数2.5t/(m3.d)。This thesis introduced the preparation work and confirmation scheme before blowing on of No. 4350 m3 blast fumace of Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. Many new iron-making technology were adopted in this blowing on such as half-firewood blowing in method, double skimmer setting up in front, waterless taphole gun and etc, so that sharp working can be ensured and the running of blowing on was stable, reached the designed capacity after 6 days and the utilization coefficient was 2.5 t/（m^3.d）.
