摘　　要：莱钢根据ASTMA615/A615M-96a标准中GR60级钢筋的力学性能、工艺性能和外形形状的要求,通过设计合理的化学成分,采用科学的孔型系统及轧辊加工工艺,成功开发了符合ASTMA615/A615M-96a标准的GR60级热轧变形钢筋,满足了用户要求,取得了良好的经济效益。According to the requirements of mechanical property, processing properties and external shapes of GR60 grade deformed rebar m ASTM A615/A615M -96a standards, through the design of rational chemical composition proportioning and adopting the scientific pass sequence and roll machining technology, Laiwu Steel successfully developed GR60 grade hot-rolled deformed bar in keeping with ASTM A615/A615M -96a standards, meeting the users＇ requirements and attaining better economic benefits.
