摘  要:结合莱钢电力系统实际,从合理选配变压器、选用节能型用电设备、合理调整功率分布、经济运行、电网改造等方面论述了降低损耗的技术措施;从建立降损指标制度和考核办法,加强计量统计管理、加强用电监察力度等方面探讨了降低电网损耗的管理措施。通过技术节能降损和管理降损,使6kV及以上系统的总线损率由2003年6.45%降至2006年的1.86%。Based on the actual state of the distribution system of Laiwu steel, the technological measures of reducing electrical network loss were dissertated. The measures are reasonable selection of transformer, use of energy saving electric equipment rationally adjusting the power distribution, operation of the economy and improvement of power grids etc. Loss reducing in management was discussed too from establishing the system of loss reducing indexes and assessment methods, strengthening computation statistic management and supervision over power and so on. And then, 6 kV and above system main line loss rate was decreased to 1.86% in 2006 from 6.45 % in 2003.
