摘  要:根据竹纤维的结构与性能特点,对14.7/14.7 528/283 160竹纤维府绸织物的经纱进行了5种不同浆液配方的对比上浆实验,分别测定各种配方的浆膜性能、浆纱性能和织造效果。研究表明,竹纤维纱的浆液配方应以"低浓度,浅浸透,重被覆,保伸长"为原则,以变性淀粉为主,PVA和丙烯酸类浆料为辅;上浆工艺以"小张力、小伸长、轻加压、重披覆"为原则。由此可极大地改善竹纤维纱线的可织性,提高织机效率。Based on the structure and performance of bamboo fiber, 5 different contrast sizing experiments over the warp ends of 160 14.7 × 14.7 528 × 283 bamboo fiber pophn fabric with different sizing formulas are carried out in this paper to determine the size film abilities, sizing performance and weaving effects. The research shows that sizing formular of bamboo fiber yarn should be selected following the principle of "low concentration, slight soaking, heavy covering and enough elongation" and by using modified starch as main material and PVA as supplementary material. It is also suggested that the sizing technique should follow another principle of "less tension, small elongation, slight pressing and heavy covering". All of these will greatly improve the wearability of bamboo fiber yarn and efficiency of looms.
