摘　　要：介绍了Lenpur纤维的性能特点,并对Lenpur纤维/棕棉/澳毛混纺纱的生产实践进行了分析,探讨了工艺流程设计和生产中的关键技术措施。生产中各工序通过优化配置工艺参数,采取严格控制相对湿度等技术措施,保证了纺纱的顺利进行。The performance characteristics of Lenpur fiber are described with the processing practices of blended knitting yarn of Lenpur fiber/brown cotton/wool analysed and the design of process flow and key technical measures in production discussed. Processing parameters of each process are optimized and technological measures such as control relative humidity severely and so on are adopted to guarantee a smooth spinning.
