摘　　要：介绍了Seacell、Coolbst及羊绒纤维的性能特点和混纺纺纱工艺流程,针对Seacell纤维抱合力小、可纺性差等问题,优化了生产各工序的工艺参数,采取严格控制相对湿度等技术措施,保证了纺纱的顺利进行和气流纱质量的稳定。Properties of the fiber SeaceU, Coolbst and cashmere and its blended spinning process flow are introduced in this paper. For their inferior cohesion and poor spinnability of the fibers of Seacell, processing parameters of each process have been optimized with technological measures such as controlling relative humidity severely and so on adopted to guarantee a smooth spinning and stable yam quality.
