摘　　要：从退役安全的概念体系入手,分别讨论了退役的安全目标、安全要求和安全评价中一些未确定的或有争议的问题,对完善相关法规标准框架和进行技术研发提出了一些建议。Some uncertain, even controversial, issues conceming safety objectives, safety requirements and safety assessment for decommissioning are discussed, with the conceptual system for decommissioning safety taken as a starting point. Suggestions on perfection of the framework of regulations and standards and on technical R＆D in the regard are made.
