摘 要:应用行动研究法开展网络环境下急救医学的教学改革,探索总结出一种既针对不同专业的非医学背景的在校学生,又可以用于社会公众等各类人群学习急救操作类技术的自主模拟学习模式。采用这种模式教学后,得到了学生的普遍认同,学生的学习成绩平均提高16.0分,为利用网络向社会公众普及急救知识和技术提供了可靠的学习方法和教学经验。The learning model of autonomous simulation was explored and summarized through employing the action researching method that carries out teaching reform of emergency medicine under the network environment. This learning model was not only specific for non-medical background school students of different specialties, but also being suitable for the community citizens, as well as other group of people who engaged in learning the technique of manipulation on first aid. This model was widely acknowledged by the students whose, academic scores increase by sixteen point on average, since it was adopted in the teaching. It provideds a reliable learning method using network to familiarize the civilian with knowledge and technique on first aid.
