摘  要:介绍了空间探测卫星热平衡试验的外热流设计和测试方案,热试验中共采用了5种热流计,试验前进行了单体标定和等效热环境标定,测试到了红外灯功率与热流计温度响应特性。为准确验证卫星的温度特性,试验设计了瞬态外热流试验。绝热型热流计在热平衡试验中为控制热流计。The heat flux measurement method and simulation was illustrated in this paper used in thermal balance test (TBT) of CHANG′E lunar satellite, in which five kinds of radiometers were used. The calibration of the radiometers was undertaken respectively in the separate states and simulated environmental conditions. The response characteristics were given under different heat flux condition. As the characteristic of temperature distribution must be validated, the transient heat flux state was designed during TBT. The thermal insulation radiometers were used as a controling radiometer mainly action in TBT.
