摘　　要：中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化分公司聚乙烯厂乙烯装置扩能改造开车1年后,在新区短停、老区单线运行过程中遇到预冷单元预冷换热器堵塞问题。文中对这一问题给生产带来较大威胁问题的现象、原因和处理过程进行了阐述,以期对有类似事件发生的装置提供借鉴。Blockage of precooling exchanger happened one year after the start-up of the expanded ethylene plant in PetroChina Jiiin Petrochemical Company,and the operation of the unit was threatened.This paper studies the reasons for this problem and provides expla- nations and solutions,which may be referred by other ethylene plants.
