摘　　要：目的：探索美沙酮维持治疗及心理干预对海洛因依赖者家庭功能的作用。方法：选取96名参加美沙酮维持治疗的海洛因依赖者作为研究组，37名社区海洛因依赖者为对照组，用家庭功能评定（FAD）问卷进行家庭功能评定。结果：经过一年的干预，研究组的问题解决、沟通、角色、情感反应和总的功能评分均明显优于社区对照组（2．2±0．4／2．3±0．4，2．2±0．3／2．6±0．3，2．4±0．3／2．5±0．3，2．4±0．5／2．6±0．3，2．2±0．4／2．5±0．3；t=1．96—6．74，P〈0．05—0．01），干预后的沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能评分较干预前改善明显（2．2±0．3／2．3±0．3，2．4±0．3／2．6±0．3，2．4±0．5／2．6士0．4，2．3士0．4／2．6士0．4，2．3士0．3／2．6士0．4，2．2士0．4／2．4士0．3；t=11．17～13．07，P〈0．01），而问题解决分量表得分较干预前增高（2．2±0．4／2．1±0．4，t=8．59，P〈0．01）。结论：海洛因依赖者参加美沙酮维持治疗及相应的心理和行为干预，家庭功能明显改善。Objective： To study the family function of heroin addicts who accept methadone maintenance treatment. Methods： 96 heroin addicts who accept methadone maintenance treatment were identified as study group, while the control were 36 heroin addicts in community. Family Assessment Device （ FAD） was used to assess the outcome. Results： After 1 year intervention, the study group made much progress in each subscale . The scores of Problem Solving （ 2. 2 ± 0. 4 ） , Communication （ 2. 2 ± 0. 3 ） , Roles （ 2. 4 ± 0. 3 ） , Affective Responsiveness （ 2.4 ± 0. 5 ） and General Function （ 2. 2 ± 0. 4 ） of the study group were higher than that of control group significantly （ PS = 2.3±0.4, CM=2.6±0.3, RL=2.5±0.3, AR=2.6±0.3, GF=2.5±0.3, t=1.962-6.744, P〈0.05～ or 0. 01 ） . The study group made much progress after 1 year intervention on Communication, Roles, Affective Responsiveness, Affective Involvement, Behavior Control and General Function （ Before intervention, CM = 2. 3 ± 0. 3, RL =2.6±0.3, AR=2.6±0.4, AI=2.6±0.4, BC=2.6±0.4, GF=2.4±0.3, t=11.167-13.070, P〈 0. 01 ） , while the score of Problem Solving raised after intervention （ Before intervention： 2. 1 ±0. 4, After intervention： 2. 2 ±0. 4, t =8. 592, P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion： The family function of heroin addicts who accept methadone maintenance treatment has made much improvement after the intervention on mental health and behavior.
