摘　　要：在界定了公共项目概念的基础上,总结与分析了公共项目管理绩效改善的国内外研究成果及实践经验,指出公共项目管理绩效改善实际上是一个管理技术创新和制度创新相结合的过程,并指明了公共项目管理绩效评价的过程化发展趋势以及改善方法由管理层面逐渐深入到制度层面的发展方向。This paper defines the conception of public project and analyzes the research results about performance improvement of public project management at home and abroad. And then it concludes that performance improvement of public project management is a course combining technology innovation and institution innovation, performance evaluation tends to process evaluation and performance improvement evolves into institutional methods from managerial methods gradually. It is believed that the findings in this paper will lead to public project success in our country.
