摘  要:试验采用4种水利水电工程常用的引气剂,分别配制水胶比为0.40、0.45和0.55的二级配引气混凝土,测量高频振捣后混凝土含气量变化和抗冻性。结果表明,高频振捣对混凝土的含气量和抗冻性有显著的影响,高频振捣时间越长、水灰比越大,影响越显著;引气剂品质对混凝土的抗冻性有明显的影响。根据试验结果,给出了不同水胶比混凝土对高频振捣时间的要求,可供施工参考。Four kinds of air-entraining admixtures which were frequently used in hydraulic projects were adopted in the experiments.Concrete made with W/(C+f) ratios of 0.40,0.45 and 0.55 were subjected to high-frequency vibrations.The test results indicated that high-frequency had great influence on concrete air content and freeze-thaw durabilities.The longer the vibration time or the higher the W/(C+f) ratio is,the greater the influence is.At the same time,quality of air-entraining admixture also had obvious effect on frost resistance of high-frequency vibrated concrete.According to the test results,appropriate high-frequency vibration time for concrete with different w/c ratios was proposed.
