摘  要:介绍了防锈油、水基防锈液防锈性能试验方法标准现状,根据现行诸方法的标准特点进行分类,分析了单一循环室内模拟加速防锈试验方法、标准的模拟原理和价值以及各自的优势和局限性。用试验数据对比了《防锈油防锈性能试验多电极电化学法》和《水基防锈液防锈性能试验多电极电化学法》与相关标准方法的一致性、加速性和分辨率。A review is provided for the research progress in the technical standards about the test methods to evaluate the anti-rust properties of rust-preventive oils and aqueous rust-preventive fluids.Thus the classification and features of the technical standards for anti-rust properties test of rust-preventive oils and aqueous rust-preventive fluids are summarized.The characteristics of the technical standards are discussed,while the single-cyclic simulated method at lab for accelerated anti-rust test and its simulating theory,advantages,and disadvantages are discussed.And a comparison was made among various standardized methods to the anti-rust tests of the rust-preventive oils aqueous rust-preventive fluids,while the consistency,accelerating efficiency,and high-resolution of the two kinds of electrochemical methods with wire beam electrode were highlighted.
