摘 要:使用自制C-9石油树脂施胶剂(MPRS-I)对CTMP进行施胶优化实验,讨论了pH值、施胶剂用量、硫酸铝用量几个施胶条件对施胶效果的影响。结果表明,MPRS-I对CTMP的最佳施胶条件为:pH值为5,MPRS-I的加入量为2%,硫酸铝加入量为2%,在这个条件下的施胶度在40s左右。皂化松香胶与MPRS-I以1∶1的比例进行复配应用于CTMP的优化条件是:pH范围为4.5~5,硫酸铝添加量4%。皂化松香胶与MPRS-I复配应用时较为适宜的质量比范围为3∶1~7∶1,在此配比范围之间,施胶度在100s左右。施胶效果比使用单一的皂化松香胶的施胶效果提高60%,比使用单一石油树脂胶MPRS-I的施胶效果提高了100%。Modified C-9 petroleum resin sizing agent (MPRS-I) was used to do optimal experiment of CTMP sizing and the effect of sizing conditions, such as pH, the dosage of sizing agents, the dosage of aluminum sulfate on sizing effect were discussed. The results show that the optimal sizing condition of MPRS-I on CTMP are pH 5, MPRS-I dosage 2%, AI2(SO4)3.18H20 dosage 2% and the degree of sizing was about 40s under this condition. Furthermore, optimal condition for compounded saponified rosin size and MPRS-I with 1:1 are pH range 4.5-5, aluminum sulfate dosage 4%. The suitable mass ratio for saponified rosin size and MPRS-I compounding was 3:1 -7:1 and the degree of sizing was about 100s within this range, with sizing effect increased by 60% compared to single saponified rosin and increased by 100% compared to single petroleum resin MPRS -1 sizing.
