摘　　要：青海湖流域及其周边地区是沟通青海省东部、西部和青南地区的枢纽地带,是青藏高原东北部重要的自然地域,也是青海省最著名的风景名胜区。由于气候变迁等自然因素,以及人为不合理的社会经济活动的影响,导致本来就很脆弱的高原生态环境遭到破坏,出现水位下降、水质恶化、土地沙化和草原退化、生物多样性锐减等一系列生态失调问题,严重地影响了这一地区生态旅游业的发展,引起中外学者和各级政府的关注。深入探索和研究、改善青海湖流域及周边地区生态环境、维护其生态平衡,已成为实现旅游资源保护性开发和促进生态旅游可持续发展的刻不容缓的迫切要求。The area around Qinghai Lake, which lies in the northeast of Qinghai - Tibet Plateau, has the central position to connect the eastern, western and southern areas and is also the famous scenery spot. Because of the variance of the climate and human beings＇unreasonable social and economical activities, the fragile plateau bio -environment was destructed, The problems such as the descending of water level, deterioration of water quality, desertification and deduction of animal species seriously influenced the bio - tourist development of this area and aroused the attention of both scholars and government. Further research, improving the bio - environment and maintain the bio - balance have became the urgent demands for the reasonable exploitation of tourist resources and the sustainable development of bio- tourism.
