摘 要:为了提高断路器的弧后介质恢复速度,笔者以500 kV单断口高压SF6断路器为研究对象,提出了在气体通道的上游增加旋气槽的设想,将传统的轴向吹弧改进为旋转吹弧。对有旋气槽和无旋气槽两种结构在空载开断过程中灭弧室内气流的流动特性进行了数值仿真,仿真结果表明:喷口上游加旋气槽,能实现将电弧轴向运动变为旋转运动的目的;有旋气槽时,动静触头之间的高速气流比无旋气槽结构时的高速气流更为集中,有利于负载情况下电弧能量的逸散。In order to improve the arc medium recovery grooves in nozzle was presented for 500 kV SF6 circuit speed of circuit breaker, a novel chamber structure with rotary-gas breaker with one-break. By using this structure the traditional axial blowing arc was improved to rotated blowing arc. It was simulated that the gas flow characteristics in arc-quenching for both structure of unrotary-gas grooves and of in the process. It can be derived from simulation results that rotary-gas grooves on upriver nozzle have changed axial blowing gas into rotary blowing gas. The high speed blowing gas with rotary-gas grooves is more concentrative than without rotary-gas grooves, and it is benefit for taking arc energy away.
