铬用量与铬鞣革部分特性参数关系的研究

摘　　要：通过系统的铬鞣实验,测定干态铬鞣革的4种感官特性参数(压缩功Wc、压缩因子Kc、顶伸功Wl和顶伸系数Kl),建立了铬鞣剂用量与干态铬鞣革感官特性参数变量之间的数学模型,分析和总结了铬鞣剂用量对皮革铬鞣工艺过程的影响规律。Four kinds of sense-character parameters of dried chrome-tanning leather were determined, including compression work Wc , compression index Kc , lastometer work Wl and lastometer index Kl. Mathematic model between Cr2O3 dosage and sense-character parameters＇ variable of dried chrome-tanning leather were established, the influence of Cr2O3 dosage on the chrometanning process were analyzed and summarized.
