摘  要:交替沉积技术是一种在物体表面构筑多层膜的方法,近几年也引起了造纸工作者的关注。本文总结了我们实验室取得的部分研究成果。研究结果表明:交替沉积技术可以增加聚合电解质在纤维表面的吸附量,并引起纤维表面电位的变化。利用交替沉积技术处理后的纸页,抗张强度、耐破度、耐折度有较大幅度的提高,纤维本身强度也有一定程度的提高,但撕裂度略有降低。同时用原子力显微镜观察到了聚合电解质在纤维表面的聚集状态,发现纤维表面存在一层连续的非均匀的薄膜。从研究结果可以得出交替沉积技术是一种有发展前途的技术。The layer-by-layer deposition technique is a new process for building up the multilayers on the surface of substance, and also attracts the papermakers' attention in recent years. The research achievements in our laboratory were summarized in this paper. The research results showed that the deposition technique can add the absorbed amount of polyelectrolyte and cause potential changes in fiber surface. The paper sheets after using layer-by-layer deposition technique can not only increase the fiber strength, but also the bonding strength between fibers, such as tensile strength, bursting strength, but tearing strength reduced, The gathering state cab be observed in fiber surface of polyelectrolyte by using atomic force microscopy (AFM). A layer of continuous but non-even film can be found in the fiber surface. It can be seen from results the layer-by-layer deposition technique is a promising method to improve paper strength.
