摘  要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方银杏叶胶囊中总黄酮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shiseido MG C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(68∶32),检测波长为378nm,以外标法定量。结果:槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素的检测浓度分别在6~120μg·mL-1(r=0.99997)、3~60μg·mL-1(r=0.99998)、1~20μg·mL-1(r=0.99996)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系。3批样品中的总黄酮苷含量分别为10.14、10.01、10.07mg。结论:本法快速、准确、重现性好,可用于复方银杏叶胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of total flavonoid glycoside in Compound ginkgo leaf capsule. METHODS: The quantitative analysis of total flavonoid glycoside was performed on Shiseido MG C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) . The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (68 : 32) , The detective wavelength was 378 nm. And the quantitation was carried out using external standard method. RESULTS: The linear ranges of Quercetin, Kaempferol, and Isorhamnetin were 6~120 μg·mL^ -1( r = 0.999 97), 3~60 μg ·mL -1( r = 0.999 98), and 1~20 μg ·mL-1 (r = 0.999 96), respectively. The contents of total flavonoid glycoside in three batches of samples were 10.14, 10.01, and 10.07 mg, respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible, and suitable fore the quality control of Compound ginkgo leaf capsule.
