摘　　要：目的:探讨含白芷和川芎的固体制剂制备工艺中挥发油的取舍。方法:以最近几年的参考文献为依据,从化学成分、药理药效以及提取工艺等角度,探讨含白芷和川芎复方制剂制备工艺中挥发油的取舍问题。结果与结论:通过对常用含挥发油的中药材开展工艺与药理、药效结合研究,以及制订有效的控制制剂中挥发油质量的方法和途径,可以有助挥发油取舍问题的解决。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the disposal of essential oil in the preparation process of solid preparations containing Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica dahurica. METHODS： Based on pertinent literature in recent years, the disposal of essential oil in the preparation process of solid preparations containing Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica dahurica was discussed from aspects of chemical components, pharmacology and extraction process etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： It is necessary to combine research on preparation process with the pharmacological effect and pharmacodynamic action, and to formulate effective measures to control quality of the essential oil during the whole preparation process to facilitate a solution for the disposal of essential oil.
