摘　　要：目的:探讨中药处方调配技能。方法:按照中药调配程序、用药原则,找出在中药调配环节中易出现的问题,进行分析。结果:在中药调剂过程中存在的问题大多数是由于医、药、护人员的基础理论和操作规程不熟悉造成的,是可以消除的。结论:只有按中药处方调配才能保证中药调剂质量,充分发挥其功效。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the dispensing of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS： According to the dispensing procedure of Chinese traditional medicine and the principle of drug use, the problems occurred during Chinese traditional medicine dispensing were pointed out and analyzed. RESULTS： The problems occurred in the dispensing of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly resulted from doctors, pharmacists and nurses＇ lack of basic rationale or they had no intimate knowledge of operation regulations. These problems can be avoided if with efforts. CONCLUSION： Only through strictly following the prescription of Chinese traditional medicine can the quality and efficacy of Chinese drugs dispensing be guaranteed.
