摘 要:工作流技术在产品协同设计、知识管理系统等协同工作系统的建模中正起着日益重要的作用。但在目前的工作流模型中,一般通过角色、部门等约束来对活动的参与者进行分配,尚不能依据流程活动中的上下文环境来动态分配任务参与者。这种情况无法满足产品设计等复杂业务过程的需要。提出了一种基于本体的工作流参与者柔性分配方法,并基于该方法建立了工具。用户可通过系统提供的交互工具,依据企业本体中的元素、活动的上下文内容等来分配活动的参与者,增强了系统的灵活性。依据该方法构建的系统,可对复杂产品协同设计过程及设计知识管理过程等提供有效支撑。Workflow technology plays an important role in the modeling of the computer supported cooperative work systems, such as product cooperative design systems and knowledge management systems. However,in the current workflow models, the workflow participant assignment is basically based on the constraints of roles and departments ,and it does not take the context of the activities into consideration. This is not sufficient in the management of complex business processes such as product design process. An Ontology-based workflow participant as- signment method is put forward, and a tool'is implemented based on this method. The end users are able to assigns participants with the ele- ments of the ontology and the dynamic context information in the workflow process, which improves the flexibility of the system. The system built on this method provides effective support for complex product cooperative design process and the design knowledge management process.
