摘　　要：Pro/TOOLKIT是Pro/ENGINEER自带的功能强大的二次开发工具,可以有效地扩充Pro/ENGINEER的功能,高效地进行产品设计以满足用户更高层次的需要;组件是许多元件按照一定规则的组合,在模具生产中起到非常大的作用。首先介绍二次开发的目的及技术实现,随后提出了一种新的高效的组件构建的方法:分别给定三个坐标值来限定元件在组件中的具体位置、用参数化来调整元件实体模型尺寸的大小、通过面与面的对齐方式来确定元件在组件中的方向,极大地提高了组件构建的灵活性及容错性,有效地缩短了模具的设计周期。Pro/TOOLKIT is one of the attachments of Pro/ENGINEER. It is a powerful secondary-development tool, which can be used to enlarge the functions of Pro/ENGINEER and to design products efficiently to meet customers＇ high-level requirements. Assembly is a product composed with many components according to a certain kind of rule. It plays a very important role in the manufacture of moulds. The purpose of secondary-development and the technical solutions are described, and then a new efficient construction method is introduced. The exact position of the components in assembly is specified by setting three coordinate values, and the mould size is adjusted by setting parameters. The direction of the components is fixed by adopting surface alignment. The flexibility and fault tolerability of assembly construction is increased, and at the same time the design period of moulds is shortened effectively.
