摘　　要：阐述我国企业境外石油投资法律风险防范机制的组织基础和人力资源基础,针对前期投资设立阶段和后期持续经营阶段的法律风险防范机制提出一些见解,认为在前期阶段应进行深入的法律调查,对法律风险进行恰当评估并采取可行的控制对策;在后期阶段应持续关注国内外的立法和司法动态,对重大的生产经营活动进行法律可行性分析,依法协调好企业内外部关系。The paper discussed the organizational base and human resource base of the risk prevention mechanism of Chinese enterprises, put forward some opinions about the legal risk mechanism in the earlier stage of investment establish and the later stage of sustainable management. The paper thought that it should conduct a deep legal survey in the earlier stage and evaluate appropriately the legal risk and take feasible control countermeasure. In the later stage, it should continually pay attention to trends of the lawmaking and judicatory, analyze the legal feasibility of the important production and operation activities and harmonize the inside and outside relationship of the enterprises according to the law.
