成人肾病综合征T细胞亚群检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨成人肾病综合征(ANS)患者T细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法,对32例ANS患者在活动期和20例缓解期以及18例正常人外周血T细胞亚群水平进行测定。结果32例ANS活动期患者,与缓解期和对照组比较,外周血总CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+细胞比值降低,CD8+细胞增高(P<0.05)。结论NS患者在活动期T细胞亚群的比例结构发生变化,说明其细胞免疫功能减低,T细胞亚群检测可作为其活动指标之一。Objective To study the clinical significance of measuring T lymphocyte subsets in patients with nephrotic syndrome（ NS）. Methods＇ Peripheral T cell subset was assayed in 32 active phase NS,20 remission phase and 18 control group by f ELISA. Results In active phase NS,the total CD3 ^＋ ,CD4 ^＋ and the ratio of CD4 ^＋ /CD8 ^＋ in peripheral blood decreased,while CD8^＋ increased. Conclusions Imbalance of T cell subset could be deteeled in patients with active phase NS. T lymphocytes subsets can be used as an index of activity in nephritic syndrome.
