摘 要:目的探讨老年尿毒症患者血液透析期间心律失常的发生率并探索有效治疗方法。方法选择300例接受规律性血液透析的老年患者作为观察组,选择300例同期接受血液透析的青年患者作为对照组。使用日本产NCU-11血透机,碳酸盐氢透析液,聚砜膜1.2M2透析器进行血液透析。在透析前0.5h及透析期间使用丹麦产CB600M心电监护仪进行监护并对出现的心律失常及时治疗。结果老年患者在血透期间容易出现各种心律失常,发生率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。其中以房性早搏、室性早搏、心房纤颤最为常见。结论老年患者血透期间容易发生心律失常,发生率较青年患者明显升高。Objective To investigate the incidence of arrhythmias during the hemodialysis in aged patients and to search for the effective treatments. Methods Three-hundred cases of aged patients receiving regular hemodialysis were given electrocardiogram monitor and timely treatment according to their cardiac arrhythmias 30 ininutes before the hemodialysis. As the same during the hemodialysis. In addition, 300 cases of young patients who received hemodialysis in the corresponding period were taken as a control group. Results Aged patients tend to suffer from all kinds of arrhythmias during their hemodialysis in which atrial premature beats, ventricular premature heals and atrial fibrillation were the commonest. The incidence of arrhythmias was obviously higher than in control group. Conclusion Cardiac. arrhvthmias of aged patients that occur during their hemodialysis are obviously more ofen than that in the young.
