山水休闲体育的文化解读——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：山水休闲体育因其独特的魅力在杭州人的休闲生活中占据了重要的地位。山水休闲体育是指人们在闲暇时间中利用山水等自然资源秉赋所进行的以满足自身发展需要和愉悦身心为主要目的体育活动。杭州的山水休闲体育文化因其无与伦比的自然环境和文化内涵,一直影响着杭州人的生活方式,价值取向,行为特点和心理定势。因为杭州山水休闲体育彰显出"生命本身"体悟自由的目的;浑洒着"野逸"的品格;体现了"天人合一"的哲学思想,符合中国城市民众的思维方式、精神面貌、心理定势和价值取向而被大众崇尚,是杭州民众休闲体育的主要选择内容,也成为杭州特色的休闲项目之一。Leisure sports of landscape plays a very important role in people＇s daily life in Hangzhou. That is to say, people with the water and hills in spare time as they entertainment activity for satisfying physical and spirit requirement. The lifestyle, the value trend, the behavior manner and the psychological characteristics of Hangzhou habitants influencing by its unique natural Landscape and culture connotation. The Leisure Sports of Hangzhou landscape shows the freedom of people with the instinct proposes, impressing the characteristics of ＂wideness of landscape＂, indicating the China＇s traditional philosophy thought of ＂syncretism of heaven and man＂, that conform with the thinking mode, spirit visage and psychological estate. That is why more ann more people selecting leisure sports of Hangzhou landscape as leisure activity.
