摘 要:针对军用油库抑爆系统气体发生剂研究的需要,自行设计了气体发生剂密闭爆发实验装置,通过测定同一剂量下的7种不同气体发生剂反应时的P/t曲线,对各气体发生剂燃烧时的产气规律进行了分析,发现含有KClO4的配方产生的最大压强pmax要高于含有KClO3的配方,而含有KClO3的配方产生的压力值又要高于Ba(NO3);而在达到Pmax反应时间上,含有KClO3的配方所花的时间要比含有KClO4的配方所花的时间短,而含有Ba(NO3)2的配方所花的时间是最长的。由此选择KClO4,Al,辅助添加剂的质量分数分别为70%,28%,2%的配方为最佳配方。同时通过改变配方的剂量和点火强度,发现随着装药量增多,tmax加长,Pmax变大;而在点火强度增大的情况,tmax缩短。The research was aimed at the development and testing of different high-pressure gas generation explosions for the Explosion Suppression Experimental System. The experiments were carried out on a self-making gas generation explosion device. According to the experimental results about different gas-generation charges with the same dosage explosion, the law governing the generating gas was obtained. The pressure peak of generation with KCl4 was higher than the generation with KClO3, and the pressure peak(pmax ) of generation with KClO3 was higher than the generation with Ba( NO3 )2-The time of the pressure peak ( tmax ) of generation with KClO3 was less than the generation with KClO4, and the time of the pressure peak of generation with Ba (NO3) 2 was the longest. Then the best gas-generation charge (KClO4 70%, Al 28%, adminicle 2% )was presented. The research also discovered that the pmax and tmax, of generation enlarges with the increase of dosage and the generation of tmax decreases when the ignition intension is increased.
