摘　　要：该实验装置是在模块组合式脱硫吸收装置基础上进行的一次新的组合，将环栅、浮阀板和喷淋装置集于一身，采用全新的两种脱硫剂两个循环的方法，既能满足一定的脱硫效率，又可以将吸收SO2后的磷矿浆制成磷肥。该装置为可拆卸的组装式结构，可以根据教学需要进行不同的实验。装置材质是透明的有机玻璃，可以使实验者直观地观测到运行过程及其特点。An innovative integration is applied on the basis of the modular laboratorial absorption devices for desulphurization and dust removal. It integrates ring bars, nozzles, and floating valves in one tower and includes doublecycle processes in a tower using phosphorite and lime slurries as absorbent separately. This device achieves good desulphurization efficiency, and render phosphorite slurry into phosphate fertilizer. The modular structure of this device results in various experimental processes for instruction. This device is made of transparent organic glass, therefore, it is easy and convenient for instructors and students to observe and investigate the processes and characteristics of this device in laboratory.
