校园房屋土地实现真三维可视化管理的探索与实践

摘　　要：高校房产和土地是支撑学校教学、科研和服务社会的基本办学条件。重点介绍了清华大学房屋土地管理空间信息系统中校园真三维可视化系统的建设。该系统以校园网络环境为依托平台，通过对校园土地、楼宇属性信息的采集和建筑物及环境三维建模，实现了校园房屋土地的三维可视化管理，为校园房地产规划、建设、管理等工作提供了有效的支撑平台。Land and housing are two of basic conditions in universities to support teaching, scientific research and service to the community. This paper focuses on the construction of campus true 3D visualization system of the real estate space management information systems for Tsinghua University. The system which is based on the campus Intranet environment achieves the three- dimensional visualization management on the campus premises, by collecting the attribute information of land and buildings, modeling the three- dimensional modeling of the buildings. That provides an effective support on the planning, construction, management of campus real estate, and so on.
