摘　　要：研究用氯基盐浴作为加热方法，实现了金刚石表面金属钛的渗覆以及金刚石与20Ni4MO钢的焊接．试验表明：盐浴加热可有效地避免金刚石在高温下的石墨化，又不影响金刚石的性能；金刚石与锅盐浴焊具有加工成本低、操作简便、连接强度高的优点。This paper deals with a method using chloridebase salt bath as a heating means totitanize the surface of diamand and weld 20Ni4Mo steel and diamond together. It was foundthat diamond neither becomes graphite nor be weakened in properties in the salt bath process.The salt bath welding is lower in cost, easer to operate and can significantly increase thestrength of the joint
