摘 要:在6MPa下用超声气体雾化法制得Nd13Fe80B7粉末研究粒径不同的粉末的形貌及结构阐述了冷却速度是尺寸不同的颗粒具有不同形貌及结构的原因Nd13Fe80B7 powders were produced by ultrasonic argon atomization at pressure of 6MPa.The particle diameter ranges from 1 to 100μm, and the average powder diameter defined by the cumulative weight fraction of 50pct is about 38μm. The morphologies and microstructures of different size fractions were investigated under scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, optical and electron probe analysis. The microstructure changes with a decrease in particle size from dendritic to equiaxed structure. When the diameter is over 40μm, the mornhology changes from one with smooth surface to particle agglomeration, and freeFe appears besides Nd2Fe14B and Nd-rich phase when it is over 70μm. The results suggest that the coolingrate makes different size fractions having various morphologies and microstructures.
