摘　　要：科技中介服务机构能力建设受到多种因素影响,以熵权系数法为工具对调查数据分析发现,政府因素和机构自身因素是影响科技中介服务机构能力建设的主要因素,因此,应通过发挥政府主导作用、增强机构主体实力,加强山东省科技中介服务机构能力建设。There are many factors influencing the ability of S＆T intermediate. After dealing with the data from investigation by the method of entropy weight coefficient, we conclude that factors frmn government and S＆T intermediate are the main influents. We should exert the dominant function of government and buildup the strength of institution in order to increase the ability of S＆T intermediate in Shandong province.
