青岛科技大学1985-2007年专利统计分析

摘　　要：利用《中国专利文摘数据库》收录青岛科技大学1985-2007年申请的256件职务发明专利为依据,运用文献计量学方法,从专利申请与授权量、专利发明人、专利IPC分类、专利有效状况等方面进行了统计分析。统计显示,发明专利占申请总量的76.6%,发明专利授权占发明申请总量的26.5%。专利申请量最多的是C类"化学、冶金",占申请量的45.5%。发明专利授权的有效率为61.5%,有效期不足5年的专利占有效专利的78.4%。结果表明,学校近年来专利申请量和授权量呈现大幅度增长势头,2005-2007年专利申请量占全部申请量的40.6%;2007年发明专利授权量,占发明专利授权量的40.4%。反映了学校在知识产权工作上已取得明显成效,学校的科技创新能力与科技竞争实力在迅速提升。通过分析,指出了存在的问题并提出了建议。Statistically analysed the patent application, the patellt originator, patent IPC classification anti patent availability etc. of the 256 dnty invention patents during the years of 1985-2007 in Qingdao University of Science and Technology embodied by 《Patent tabloid database of China》 using literature metrology method. Statistic indicated that invention patents account for 76.6% of the total application; invention patents authorization accout for 26.5%. The most of patents applications are from ＂chemistry, metallurgy＂ of C class which account for 45,5%. The efficiency rate of inventation patent authorization is 61.5%, in which the patents that the period of validity is less than 5 years account for 78.4%. The result shows that the amount of patent application and authorization increased rapidly, patent applications of 2005-2007 account for 40.6% of tbe total application. The invention patents authorization of 2007 account for 40,4%. The result shows that the work of the university on intellectual property rights reached evidence effect, the science and technology innovation and the competition strength are improving, According to the analyse problents and advises are proposed.
